In any case, your dog needs a place to retreat where he can rest and relax with some distance from the action. A dog cave is ideal because it is not just a soft bed or pillow for your dog, but also a cave that offers him security and safety.
Your pet wants to have enough space and an oasis of retreat in its cozy cave. So when choosing the right size, make sure that your dog (or cat) can stretch out in its cave and accommodate all of its body parts in the dog cave. This applies to both small dogs and large dogs. Please note: A snuggle dreamer cannot be too big as the dog will be covered by the roof and feel secure. A snuggle dreamer that is too small, on the other hand, is problematic because the dog feels cramped and can neither get into the cave upright nor turn around in it while standing.
In principle, every dog benefits from an orthopedic dog bed because it offers dogs healthy and ergonomic sleeping comfort. Orthopedic alternatives such as those from snuggle dreamer are particularly recommended for older dogs or dogs with joint problems.
