Advance payment bill

With the order confirmation you will receive all relevant information about your order, as well as the following account information for the prepayment transfer. Please simply transfer the total amount, stating your invoice number. After receipt of payment, your goods will be shipped.

PayPal

After you have selected PayPal as the payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal page after completing your order. All you have to do now is send your payment. After receiving a confirmation from PayPal, we will ship your order.

Credit card via Stripe

When paying by credit card, your security is the most important thing for us. The legal requirements for credit card payments are very high in terms of security requirements. Our payment provider Stripe allows you to pay conveniently and securely directly in our payment process. Your credit card account will be debited upon completion of the order.

eps

eps is the Austrian counterpart to Giropay. It was developed in cooperation with Austrian banks. If you select eps as your payment method, you will be redirected to your bank's online banking after placing your order, where you will log in and confirm the transfer. snuggle dreamer will then automatically receive a notification of payment and we will ship your goods. 

iDEAL

iDEAL is an online payment system from the Netherlands. It works similar to Sofortüberweisung, Giropay and eps. If you select iDEAL as your payment method, you will be automatically forwarded to your bank's online banking. There you log in and confirm the transfer. 

Redeem voucher/discount code

If you want to redeem a voucher or discount code, all you have to do is follow these simple steps:

1. Select the item you want and place it in the shopping cart.

2. Click on "My shopping cart" and enter the voucher/discount code.

3. Proceed to checkout and complete the ordering process.

For technical reasons, a maximum of one voucher/discount code can be redeemed per order. If you would like to redeem several vouchers for one order, simply send us an email hello@snuggle-dreamer.rocks.

If you have actually not used up the amount of a voucher, the remaining credit is of course retained and you can use the voucher code again with your next order. After completing the order, you will receive an e-mail with the value of your remaining credit. Unfortunately, the remaining balance cannot be paid out.
