Where life takes place, we need washable solutions! Since the cover of the dog basket is removable, the basket is extremely easy to care for and can be easily washed in the washing machine. To gently clean your dog bed, please select the hand washing program, as our washable basket is made of high-quality plastic.

The filling of the dog basket consists of 100% visco foam flakes and is therefore particularly soft. The included memory foam ensures that the dog pillow reacts to the dog's warmth and thus adapts ergonomically to its body. This guarantees a dog bed with optimal pressure compensation.

Our dog cushions are even available as dog baskets for large dogs measuring 100cm x 80cm x 20cm. So your dog gets a dog sofa in a size that offers him plenty of space to make himself really comfortable. A slightly smaller version of the orthopedic dog bed is also available in the XL size 80cm x 60cm x 20cm.

Orthopedic dog beds are designed and produced with great attention to your dog's physical needs. The filling of the lying surface of our dog baskets therefore consists of a special memory foam that is activated by heat, gives gently and adapts to your dog's body to protect his spine and joints. But seriously: Does your dog already have a dog bed from another company? Of course that's perfectly fine. However, please check how comfortable your dog sofa is to assess whether the cushion adequately protects the spine and joints. 

In any case, we recommend not to compromise on your four-legged friend's health, and from an orthopedic point of view this includes his joints, and, if in doubt, to prefer an orthopedic bed. 

One of the advantages of snuggle dreamer products is that the entire lying surface of our dog beds is made of orthopedically active foam. Other manufacturers of ortho products only use this in the top 4 cm and fill the rest of the lying surface with cheaper cold foam panels - and thus reduce lying comfort.

When it comes to the number of dog beds, one pillow per room where the dog is is of course sensible. In winter we recommend using one of our cozy cave versions, so that a separate dog blanket is no longer necessary and the dog stays cozy and warm.

Our dog beds may seem a bit bulky to you, as dogs like to curl up small and compact. Even if this is of course true, with our large dog bed dogs have the opportunity to lie down in their bed exactly how it feels best for them. Unfortunately, a dog basket made of wicker, plastic or another material that is too small will quickly result in the dog having to contort itself awkwardly when it wants to change its sleeping position. If the legs and paws extend uncomfortably over the edge of the dog basket or your dog even lies with his head on the floor in order to assume a supposedly relaxed position, then it is questionable whether this dog basket is good for your dog's joints. With an XXL dog bed, he is always well-bedded and has all the space he needs. Because all dogs like it warm and soft.
